Sue is an established executive, business founder, and senior thought leader with over two decades of success in critical roles within multi-billion-dollar organizations. Highly-creative visionary and expert in the strategic development and tactical implementation of cutting-edge, succinct marketing and sales programs designed to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Sue utilizes her experience and focuses on her real passion in the nonprofit industry. Sue has been involved with many nonprofit organizations in many capacities ranging from providing strategic direction, branding, events, residing on boards and founding the Justsing.org. Over the years, Sue has provided critical support for organizations as varied as Loudoun Youth, the Hazleton Integration Project, Luzerne County Arts Council, For Children’s Sake and Terraforma.
In addition to working every day, providing her children support during these unprecedented times of learning and giving back, Sue enjoys sleeping.

Bob graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a major in English Literature and a minor in Business Administration. While working for years in the book business, Bob held a variety of board positions in the nonprofit world, including a six year stint as Chairperson of the Cultural Council of Luzerne County.
In 2012 Bob transitioned full-time to nonprofit work, serving as Founding President of the Hazleton Integration Project, (HIP), an organization dedicated to fostering trust and respect among all the cultures in Northeast Pennsylvania. Under Bob’s guidance HIP established itself as the premier nonprofit agency in the area serving over a thousand economically underserved children weekly with educational, cultural and athletic programs. In 2018 HIP was selected from over 3,000 organizations as recipients of the prestigious Atlantic Magazine’s Renewal Award. The HIP Community Center has been a feature story on Dateline NBC, HBO Vice News, and the Boston Globe.
In addition to working every day to find creative ways to help the rapidly expanding immigrant population arriving in the city of Hazleton, PA, Bob enjoys long walks on the beach, playing catch with his dog, Fido, and cuddling.

She has owned her own translation business and worked in various capacities within the Hispanic community. Building community and developing strategy, Marianne thrives at helping her clients develop their own markets by highlighting their unique value.
She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Psychology and Government and holds a Certificate in Public Relations from UCLA.

After a decade in broadcast television, award-winning producer and multimedia artist Emmett Williams reshaped his career to start his own international production company, Mission Man Media, to focus on films for nonprofits and documentaries. His goal is to educate and inspire audiences about the intersection of social, racial and environmental justice.
Since 2006, Emmett has produced dozens of documentaries, web series, podcasts, and partnered with over 30 nonprofits to help tell their story. Working on every continent (except Antarctica, because cold) he’s told the story of grieving Brazilian mothers who have lost their sons to police violence, produced a web series about climate change in Africa, portrayed threatened fishing communities in Alaska, documented illegal logging in the Amazon, created a Black Lives Matter web series, been part of large scale art performances in Europe and filmed at Standing Rock, Washington, DC inauguration protests and the George Floyd uprising.

Nicole was raised on the east coast and has been living in Los Angeles, California the past 22 years.
Her full time job is working as a producer in the entertainment industry on various projects in the music video and commercial/advertising world.
She has worked with many major corporations producing worldwide campaigns identifying their brands. Also in her body of work are hundreds of music videos with mega stars to what seemed to be upcoming artist (in the likes of Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, and Beyoncé). Who knew they would all become superstars?
Her body of work also includes working on documentaries and branded content pieces with clients such as Joaquin Phoenix, Casey Affleck, Daniel Johnston, Google, Target, Partnership for Drug Free America, and many more.
Her passion now is focused on continuing her work with these types of projects but adding those contacts and resources and bringing them all to be a part of Films Change Lives. She brings with her levels and layers of creative talent in her roster. Talented resources such as directors, producers, cinematographers, copywriters, agency creatives, art directors, photographers, musical artists, management teams, and editors.

Dan Simrell began his broadcast career in radio news while student at Marywood University. He founded VideoLab in 1989, a video production company serving clients in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. In 1998 he took a job as marketing director for CCI, a national healthcare consulting company based in Pittsburgh. In 2001 he founded Dan Simrell Advertising, now Simrell Media, a full-service advertising and marketing firm. His unconventional approach to marketing challenges has earned him a reputation as a powerhouse creative, not to mention two rooms filled with advertising awards. He has served on over a dozen boards overseeing local and regional non-profit organizations and has received multiple awards and recognition for his contributions to their causes. He continues to be a force for good, championing national causes including the African Sisters Education Collaborative, Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity. He currently lives in Northeast Pennsylvania with his wife, Dr. Chris Simrell, a noted professor and author of children's books which address dealing with addiction in families. Together they have raised three sons, Alex, Christian and Bailey.

Jaime came to the United States as a young kid and was able to teach himself English and educate himself as he helped his family put food on the table. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Film and Video studies and would also like to obtain a Masters in Fine Arts with a concentration in film. Currently working as a freelancer filmmaker, Jaime has had the opportunity to work as Director of Photography in several narrative projects, exposing the dangers of living in the United States as an undocumented person.
Jaime’s goal is to educate people and the world around them through the power of film. As an entrepreneur filmmaker and as an educator, Jaime would like to carry his work around the world coming full circle by developing and creating his own film study program to teach in countries such as El Salvador where the resources might be limited.
In his free time, he likes to analyze different forms of art as he spends time with friends and family.
